Norman took over golf. And the desire for measurable, accountable advertising took over the industry.It wasn't new to Tanen. Focused, directed communication that generated trackable results was always the agency's strength.To clarify the agency's philosophy, Ilene changed the name to Tanen Directed Advertising. To enhance the agency's lifestyle, the office moved to Westport, Connecticut. In 1998, the agency outgrew its space and moved to glorious offices in historic South Norwalk, overlooking the Long Island Sound.
