• Telephone Technology Integration, LLC was founded by Thomas R. Kinney in 2004. Our HQ is based out of Mt. Laurel NJ right off of Rt. 73 North bound lane near the NJ Turnpike and 295 Entrance. TTIs core business revolves around Avaya products. As an Avaya Connect / Business Partner we install, program and train our customer how to use the Avaya IP Office phone systems. The Avaya IPO500V2 can Network with 32 Locations and grow up to 1,000 phone sets given the right application.TTI was started with an idea to be able to provide a top of the line phone system along Grade A Service. The goal is to appear as if we are an extension of your business so when you need help its like reaching out to someone that works for your own company. From our experience working with some of the largest Avaya Partners on East Coast the nature of this business is for a Sales Rep try to build a strong relationship with the customer but once that sale is made the Sales Representative moves on, leaving you to deal with an entire different group of people who may not share the same views, promises and mission of your Sales Rep. TTI is different; once you commit to TTI your Account Manager is committed to all your future orders for phone equipment, accessories, MAC work & Trouble Tickets. This strengthens the value of the relationship between the two companies and your TTI Account Manager becomes an extension of your company. TTI is setup as Agent Partner with T1 / Fiber Companies like Windstream, Comcast and Bulls Eye. We work with SIP Providers like Broadvox, Voice Carrier & International Information System and we can provide you a Hosted phone system using the same carriers if you so desire.
