• Capitol Government Contract Specialists (Capitol GCS) works on behalf of Government Agencies and their commercial sector suppliers to provide affordable Professional Program Management Oversight and Contract Management expertise on an as needed basis. This expertise may be provided in the form of an individual consulting assignment, the provision of staffing for a short term project / contract, or the identification of superior candidates for permanent assignments with our clients. Our scope of services cover all of the business advisory roles associated with Government Contracting. These include the Pre- and Post Award Program Management along with Contract, and Subcontract Management, Pricers, Schedulers, and Financial Audit personnel. The firm provides Program Management Oversight services for those clients seeking either domestic and/or international business engagements. Our range of acquisition experience extends across Local, State, and Federal regulatory operational environments in the Aerospace and Transit Industries. We identifying risks associated with a particular engagement and we then develop a mitigation plan to fit the needs of the client. This is one of our core competencies.In addition to the services we provide, we are also certified as a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) by the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority, a Disadvantaged Business Entity (DBE) by the California Unified Certification Program, Hawaii Department of Transportation, and the Washington DC UCP's.
