• We are a full service consulting and training group serving food manufacturers and distributors in all sectors of the food industry. We have 100 clients (and growing) in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions and throughout the country. We work mainly with small to mid-size companies, both those who have well-developed programs and food safety professionals on staff along with those who have no knowledge and experience with food safety standards and are beginning the process for the first time. In all cases, we have successfully helped many clients to achieve and maintain: GFSI certifications (SQF, BRC, FSSC 22000) 3rd Party GMP certifications (Silliker, Randolph, SAI, NSF, AIB, etc.) Other food certifications (USDA Organic, Gluten Free, Non-GMO, Kosher) Regulatory compliance (USDA/FSIS, FDA/FSMA, State & Local, OSHA) In addition to attaining certification and passing audits with good scores, we believe that the programs we put in place help our clients become better companies, through better organization and increased efficiency, solid management systems, a better trained workforce, improved teamwork and morale, and effective internal monitoring and review systems.
