- The Diaper Alliance has been the only continuous source of diapers for struggling families in Midland County since 2010. We provide the diapers free of charge to our Partner Agencies (PA's), and in return our 18+ Partner Agencies screen for need, collect demographics, and distribute the diapers to their clients. The Diaper Alliance does not provide diapers directly to families.In the fall of 2013, The Diaper Alliance will be expanding into the region and will add Partner Agencies from many neighboring communities. Because of a generous Community Partnership with the National Diaper Bank Network and their founding sponsor, Huggies, The Diaper Alliance has enough inventory to distribute 30,000+ diapers each month to families in financial crisis.Our Midland Partner Agencies include: Shelterhouse, Pregnancy Resource Center, Salvation Army, West, North and Railway Family Centers, Senior Services, Caregiving Network, Department of Human Services, Personal Assistance Options, Early On, Head Start and others. Only clients of our Partner Agencies are entitled to a supplemental supply of diapers each month.
