Submit for Pre-Approval. Simply complete our Project Submission Form (http://truelinecapital.com/get-started) and fax a 1003 Loan Application and Credit Report to (541) 804-7100. Youll receive a response within one business day. 2. Review Loan Approval. Now that youre approved, simply submit the builder and borrower required items for your loan. Still have questions? We can set up a conference call to answer them. 3. Order Appraisal and Permits. Provide the appraiser with a copy of the completed cost breakdown, plans, and specs. We also request approved building permits prior to closing. 4. Set Up an Escrow Appointment. Once our underwriter signs off on the loan, well send the loan documents to escrow. Typically, we send to escrow for closing the following business day. 5. Start Building! Well send a draw package to the borrower shortly after closing.
