My Girl Friday, Llc

Description

• My Girl Friday was founded back in 2011 by Margaret Austin Macfarlane. The company focuses on offering multiple layers of support to busy professionals needing private childcare coverage. Nannies support our children and homes while we are at work, but no one is supporting the nanny when she cannot be there. Sickness happens. Paid vacation time needs to be cashed in. Car issues can sometimes prevent employees from coming into work. Tragedies strike everyone. For these times, we have a 24-7 on call nanny who can step into your nanny's shoes for the day. Our company is made up of Margaret, Jasmine Berry (our Director of Sales), Olivia Gainey (Academic Director), and Leanne Powell (Recruiting Specialist // Scheduling Manager). Jeremy Zhang, our CFO, has an MBA from Notre Dame and helps with tax questions, contracts, and negotiations. The team is 100% focused on making sure that the client and nanny have a beautiful experience. My Girl Friday has grown to having 380+ clients across the Triangle and actively works to make sure each one of those valued clients has uninterrupted childcare within their busy homes. Our nannies are proud of the systems we have built. Therefore, My Girl Friday has become the #1 most reviewed, and highly rated nanny agency // hiring firm in the Triangle. We are also the only Agency in the area that offers a ONE YEAR guarantee on our placements!
