- Utepils Brewery is a start-up Minneapolis craft packaging brewery steeped in the traditions of the European brew masters. We embrace the notion of Carpe Diem for both beer and we are perishable. Situated in the Bryn Mawr neighborhood of North Minneapolis, Utepilss 18,000 square foot site will feature an iconic tap room, relaxing outdoor beer garden, and a full scale craft brewery. We believe that good living comes from good brewing and that good brewing starts with honoring the traditions of brewers who have gone before us. Our beer will be brewed using the highest quality water from the historic Glenwood Inglewood wells to produce beer that is classic yet uniquely distinct. Using tried and true brewing practices, we seek to create a new tradition in the Twin Cities that brings friends and families together to share time and beer with one another.
