It surely did start as a grassroots, bottom-up organization; we began as a 2-employee, 1-truck operation out of the owner's living room.In 1995, Preferred Plumbing incorporated as Preferred Air Conditioning DBA Preferred Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning. Our small-company atmosphere is maintained both inside the office and out in the field, thanks to the positive, individual personalities of our dedicated staff.Air-conditioning and heating services were added to our portfolio in 1998. There was that natural progression to extend into these areas to give complete environmental home comfort service to our clients. In 2006, Preferred Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning became the Coachella Valley's Home Depot®-approved service provider for heating and air conditioning installations.As our company continues its expansion, necessitated by the Valley's natural growth patterns, the proper controls will be in place to keep the original service philosophies maintained and stay true to our mission statement.
