- The Minnesota Leadership Academy is a grade 7 12 full-time residential boarding school initiative designed to maximize student excellence and superior academic achievement for at-risk students. What distinguishes this initiative from others will be the Academys balanced, dual-focus of a partnership with industry leading STEM-focused companies that actively mentor Academy students through their exploration of technical career opportunities and a focus on education in the classic cannon literature of Western Civilization. Our students will be fully educated to succeed in higher education and be productive citizen leaders throughout life.The Minnesota Leadership Academy vision is to provide a rigorous, disciplined, intellectually stimulating, safe and healthy, blended learning environment in a full-time boarding school setting as students matriculate through a curriculum focused on excellence and superior achievement. The Minnesota Leadership Academy will prepare and educate young students with the knowledge, character, sense of purpose, and social skills necessary to succeed and excel in life. These young adults will become citizen-leaders for this and the next generation.
