Aliro

Description

• Aliro was founded by seasoned executives who came to realize that there was no easy way to leverage the power of quality referrals. Often times the best candidates are unreachable because theyre employed at the time an opportunity arises and not actively seeking work. In addition, the employee pool of many companies represents an untapped network of potentially relevant candidates. Technology alone wasnt the solution to unlocking the power of referrals. Yes, mass job boards can parse millions of resumes but they do nothing to improve the process of bringing quality, referred candidates to the table. In some ways, job boards make things worse by valuing the quantitative over the qualitative and reducing professional relationships down to keyword searches. Our vision has always been of a referral platform that combines the powerful computational capabilities of modern technology with the best of social connectivity. This is done by embracing the qualities that lead to strong interpersonal relationships confidentiality, trust, respect and open communication. So, thats what weve built. Aliro is a complete employment referral platform designed to meet the needs of todays accelerated business environment in a way that brings out the very best in the enterprise, referrer and candidate and sets them all up to succeed.
