- SITEC Environmental, Inc. (SITEC) is a 30 plus person civil and environmental engineering and land use planning group. SITEC provides a complete cross section of services required for the development and redevelopment of land. A primary professional service provided by the SITEC group is the design and engineering of sites for the development of residential and commercial subdivisions, shopping centers and office and industrial buildings. This service includes the preparation of engineering plans for site layout, grading, utilities, drainage and storm water mitigation, landscaping, parking layout and highway curb cuts. SITEC principles include senior site/civil design engineers who have successfully designed and permitted hundreds of site development projects. The design and permitting of solid waste disposal and processingfacilities (landfills and transfer stations) is a major component of SITECs work. SITEC provides all of the professional engineering and environmental assessment capabilities required to design, permit and monitor these facilities. These capabilities include civil, environmental and sanitary engineering, survey, hydro-geological assessment, groundwater and soil gas sampling and monitoring and construction over sight (Construction Quality Assurance or CQA services). SITEC helps individual property owners, private industries, and government agencies resolve a variety of environmental contamination concerns using the latest, cost-effective techniques and strategies. We are well versed at performing everything from initial Phase I Environmental Site Assessments for due diligence purposes, to implementing and managing large-scale cleanup projects. Our methods exceed applicable standards and are both efficient and thorough, allowing projects to be successfully completed under tight budgetary constraints. We are licensed in Massachusetts as Licensed Site Professionals (LSPs).
