Our subject matter expertise includes telecommunications, mobile technologies, data networks, and data science. Our program managers, project managers and engineering managers possess strong leadership skills and have experience with multi-million dollar DoD contracts, subcontracts and government teams. We have strong business acumen with business management experience in financial planning, budgets, forecast, variance analysis, and earned value. Our resource management experience includes management of staff and asset allocation and tracking. We have experience with strategic planning, infrastructure, and logistics planning. Our team is proactive at business process re-engineering continuously identifying ways to improve efficiency, meet schedule, and reduce cost.
