Along with lodging, the Wayside Inn provides a 275-seat dining experience in both our cozy, rustic dining rooms and our elegant Main Dining Room. Our menu provides diners with true New England classics and comforting food, all set around one of our eight fireplaces or while enjoying the view from our patio.The Wayside Inn is rooted in History. Our Tavern has been crafting Coow Woow's since the 1700's. The Gristmill has been producing our famous Corn Meal and Wheat Flour, all while providing picture perfect scenery. Our garden offers guests and newlyweds the perfect place to mingle and take in all that New England has to offer. Couples are to take note; be a part of history on your special day. Our property provides our stunning Martha Mary Chapel which has long been recognized as a historical town landmark. Each of the four seasons provides couples with breathtaking scenery.
