• The roots of 3 Guys Spices comes from central and south Louisiana cooking with a Cajun/Creole flare. Our knowledge of cooking was passed down from generation to generation thanks to the love and patience of our mothers, fathers, grandmothers and grandfathers. We are forever thankful to God for our family heritage. Stacia and Rusty developed the Heart Smart All Natural, Low Sodium Seasoning Rub as a result of not being able to find a satisfying low sodium all natural all purpose seasoning to use in place of more traditional high sodium seasonings. Little did they know, God had another use for the product.During the development process of the seasonings, a family member became ill with Sjogren's Syndrome which was followed with diagnosis of Rheumatoid Arthritis, Lupus and Reynaud's Syndrome. All of these medical issues require a low sodium diet as part of the ongoing treatment. So the need to create a flavorful low sodium, all natural Heart Smart Seasoning increased tremendously. With the help of many family members, friends and tailgating guests being the testing group as they would provide honest opinions, our Heart Smart Seasonings were created. As business has grown and demand has increased, friends joined in the endeavor to bring our Heart Smart Seasonings and Food products a much broader market.We are committed to providing quality food and exceptional service to our customers.
