Monitor customer service phone calls and emails. Ability to handle difficult or complex problems and resolve customer complaints. Answer customers' questions regarding policies and procedures. Experience in a distribution/wholesale company dealing with retailers a PLUS. Data Entry, general office work and ad hoc projects as needed.
