By funding providers and supporting programs to promote health and prevent disease, we make measurable and sustainable differences in the health of individuals and families. Since 1993, Health Foundation has awarded more than $110 million to public and nonprofit organizations focused on improving health and health services throughout the region. Our priority areas include: Behavioral Health, Healthy Eating Active Communities, Preventive Health Measures, and Primary Care. Health Foundation also supports projects outside of these categories through our Other Community Health Needs funding area.
