Wall Enterprises has completed construction of 221 apartment units between Tribeca Village (in Middleton) and the West End (in Verona) and plans to open 67 units at Wingra Point in downtown Madison in Summer 2014, with several additional projects under way and planning to open in Spring 2015.Founder and CEO, Terrence R. Wall, started his real estate career developing multi-family housing from 1990-1997, and sold them at the peak of the market. Having developed and acquired approximately 2.9 million square feet of primarily office properties over the last 20 years and building a company of over $300 million, Wall sees a great opportunity for new development with the greater Madison in need for multifamily apartments. Now is a very opportunistic time to develop multi-family housing in the greater Madison area. With a vacancy rate of an incredible 1.4% on the west side of Madison, we are seeing an increasing number of homeowners and former condominium buyers relocating back into apartments.
