Our clients and their needs have always been and will always be our primary focus. 2 We believe in continual improvement to ensure the most efficient, safe, and cutting edge fitness and nutrition program available. Our staff attends or takes a minimum of 12 educational seminars and/or courses per year to stay up to date on the latest science and methods. 3. We are continually looking for ways to make our clients experience more enjoyable. We take suggestionswe cant get rid of Brett, sorry;) 4. Our very first concern is your safety. If we stop you from lifting a heavy weight or doing a movement it is because we do not want you to get hurt. We want you to master all movements before moving to a more advanced or heavier variation. Please do not take this personally. 5. Your results and satisfaction is our second concern. If you are not getting the results you are looking for make sure to talk to us and we will help you determine why and what you can do to reach them. We cannot read your mind, please email, call, or grab a coach and tell us. 6. We want fitness to be fun and an escape from your stressful life. 7. We are NOT perfect and will be the first to admit it. We try our very best to always bring our best in sessions, provide you the best information, and provide a top of the line experience. However, there will be times when we fail to meet these lofty goals and we simply ask that you give us a second chance. If we mess up twice, let us have it ;-) 8. Our coaches and team members truly care about people and work hard to ensure they are successful, happy, and injury free.
