• Resource West was formed in 2006 when Jack Hays, CEO, saw the need for our clients to be able to evaporate water to help reduce the cost of disposal fees. Resource West currently has evaporation equipment in 26 states and 11 countries in many of different industries. We have the ability to evaporate all types of water. Resource West can evaporate wastewater, production water, storm runoff water and much more. In 2011 Resource West acquired SMJ, Inc., and now designs and manufactures Axial Flow Fans and accessories for a wide range of applications and industries. Fan designs range from 15(391mm) to 15' (4572mm) scrubber systems and starters for mining, tunneling, marine, power plants, heavy industry and retro-fit systems. Scrubber systems are laboratory tested (NIOSH 0500 & 7500) and exceed MSHA and AIHA Standards for Coal Dust, Quartz, Cristobalite and Tridymite.In 2012, Resource West started a line of product, The Commander Series, to assist our clients with hydraulic fracturing needs. Commander Series above ground storage tanks provide advantages in unconventional plays for production companies, consultants and water management companies with a safe, reliable, cost effective, and environmentally responsible containment solution. Commander Series Tanks range in size from Commander T9, 9,779 bbls to Commander T53, 53,331 bbls.Resource West continues to provide expert service to get the job done efficiently and effectively!
