- CenterLife Counseling is a full-service counseling clinic that offers help to individuals, couples, families, adolescents, and children. As experienced, licensed professionals, we will serve you with compassion and understanding through a strength-based focus and we will provide you with a safe and confidential environment.CenterLife Counseling was founded in 2010 by Kim Lundholm-Eades, MS, LMFT and Dave Halper, MA, LMFT in Centerville, MN. We are in the process of expanding to a second clinic location in the White Bear Lake/Vadnais Heights area. In the goals for our business plan we not only wanted to be the clinic of choice for clients, but also for clinicians. As owners, our minds and our practice have expanded to incorporate specialties in the areas of Play Therapy and Somatic Experiencing as well as more traditional approaches to therapy. Another part of our business plan is to develop new therapists through practicum experiences as well as incorporate pre-licensed practitioners into our clinics.
