Brilliant strategies are frequently shelved because the execution is not well thought out. We insist on creating detailed plans for each component of our strategyplans that can be transitioned to the team that will lead the execution. We dont lock ourselves behind closed doors, we get the right people involved. While our primary business is strategy consulting, our clients frequently ask us to direct the first few months of their strategic projects to get them launched while our clients hire or train the talent theyll need to continue the project.
