• Victoria Theatre Association, one of Daytons premier not-for-profit arts organizations, presents more than 300 performances for all ages each year, operates and maintains the Benjamin & Marian Schuster Performing Arts Center, Victoria Theatre and the Metropolitan Arts Center (home to The Loft Theatre). In addition, we operate Citilites Restaurant & Bar at the Schuster Center and The Arts Garage.Our Vision is to be the leading artistic and economic driver for Dayton and the Miami Valley Region. Our Mission is to enrich lives in our community with quality entertainment, education and artistic engagement.Incorporated in 1976 as Victory Theatre Association, the organization played a crucial role in saving the Victoria Theatre (then the Victory Theatre) from demolition. The organization purchased the Victory Theatre in 1978 and restored its gilded Victorian beauty. In 1988 the Arts Center Foundation acquired the Victory Theatre from Victory Theatre Association and completed a $17.5 million renovation project. Following the renovation, it was rechristened the Victoria Theatre and Victory Theatre Association became Victoria Theatre Association.
