• Fleming & Associates, P.A. has provided structural engineering and roofing design services in North and South Carolina for 25 years. In 2012, we completed our first building project at Ft. Stewart, Georgia. Our structural engineering and roofing design resume includes higher education, military, medical, industrial, commercial, municipal, recreational, water treatment/waste water, residential and special structural projects. We are often called upon to be the prime consultant to industrial clients and contractors. Our goal continues to be to offer quality structural engineering services at competitive rates for the purpose of providing safe, economical, durable and attractive structures.Two Registered Roof Consultants manage our firm's roofing division, which has specialized in roof assessments and replacement design for more than 15 years. We have served as the prime consultant on county and state construction projects. As the prime consultant, we complete drawings and specifications, advertise and conduct bid openings, and perform construction administration and site observation for our roofing projects. As a structural engineering and roof design company our understanding of both the roof structure and roof assembly of the building enables us to provide better consultation to architects, building owners, and contractors.
