On the more private side of the business, I'm most passionate about working with Women over 50 in guiding them toward functional fitness, health, strength and beauty. Total package. Assisting you with designing a home gym that works with your customized program is a service I provide and it is surprisingly easy with a bit of know how. Hate exercise? Have physical limitations?
