- Mission:Washington Heights CORNER Projects (WHCP) mission is to significantly improve the health and quality of life of people who use drugs. To help overcome stigma and systemic barriers to care, we provide support and services in an empowering and non-judgmental environment and apply a participant-driven harm reduction approach.
