- Professional Services Network, Inc. (PSN) is a nurse-owned healthcare staffing, recruiting and consulting company that is celebrating its 26th anniversary this year. We are certified as a Minority or Women's Business Enterprise in Maryland, and nationally as a Women's Business Enterprise by WBENC. PSN works with managed care companies, quality improvement organizations and others to provide staffing on a temporary or direct-hire basis. We provide experienced, skilled, and reliable registered nurses with experience in case management, utilization review, quality management (including data abstraction and HEDIS review), claims and billing review. Among PSN's many recruiting and staffing achievements, this year PSN recruited and vetted nurses for a large national project, placing more than 80 highly qualified RNs into both temporary and permanent positions. We also support schools of nursing through our recruitment of qualified faculty and leadership. PSN also helps companies meet voluntary and legally mandated standards in managed healthcare by guiding them through accreditation preparation. Some of the nations largest health care organizations utilize PSN nurses to meet staffing needs and PSN consultants have successfully guided dozens of companies through URAC and NCQA accreditation preparation.
