Carmella Cacia opened the original Hair Care Forum in 1979 which was located in the Acme Shopping Center in Pennsville. She successfully built her business by keeping her staff and herself focused on constant learning, customer service and a passion for the art of hair. These same fundamentals are what still drives Hair Care Forum's success today! In 1995 Hair Care Forum moved to 202 North Broadway and currently employs five Stylists. Each of our Stylists are extensively trained in the newest trends, innovative coloring techniques and hottest styles. It has always been our commitment to you, our client, to continuously provide outstanding services. Thank you for making us the successful salon we are today!
