    • The Casey Health Institute is an Integrative Primary Care and Wellness Center located in Gaithersburg, MD. Our vision is to build a team-based collaborative culture in which people will value and actively engage in their own health and well-being. Our mission is to create a new model of integrative health care, a model that transforms the patient/provider relationship in the context of a non-profit, community-based health center. As integrative medicine physicians and practitioners, we focus on prevention, treating the whole person, and using less invasive and less expensive treatments whenever possible. The emphasis is getting people healthy and keeping them that way. Our preventive medicine and wellness programs, healthy lifestyle and nutrition counseling, and our highly organized patient-centered follow-up and coaching are the wave of the future.
