There are numerous products in the market that can improve the soil base of unpaved road, and there are some long-lasting traditional products, mostly in the form of asphalt, that provide a wearing surface for the most paved roads. However, the price gap between unpaved and paved roads is very wide and largely unattainable for most budgets. Terra Pave International, Inc. (TPI)s goal is to respond to the needs of market and provide it with an environmentally safe and cost effective replacement for prime coats, Terra Prime.TPI was formed for the initial purpose of producing, marketing and selling its flagship products, Top Seal Black, Terra Prime, and Terra Fog. The concept for these products originated from the need for a low-cost alternative to asphalt in markets that could not afford either the monetary or environmental costs of asphalt-based road improvements.
