• Scale Asset Management is a real estate management company with clients who prefer to engage an outside professional to manage their real estate investment portfolio. Applying a strategic business plan customized for each client, individual properties are evaluated for investment value before and after tax, to formulate a plan for the highest return on each property and the overall real estate portfolio. We work directly with clients or through estate attorneys for the acquisition, ownership and disposition of all varieties of estate held real property. Scale AM monitors revenues, operating expenses, cash ROI, total ROI, property appreciation, and accrued equity for its client portfolios. We select and/or work with property managers, on-site managers, brokers, lenders, contractors, tenants or anyone critical to maintaining the best performance of each property. We inspect properties during repair or construction, review leases, perform market analyses, review or prepare budgets and financial reports and advise on capital improvements.We customize our service to scale-up a clients portfolio to include larger sized investment properties, scale-out to include a greater number of properties within a portfolio, down-scale a portfolio for those clients who choose to reduce number or size of properties held, and control-scale a clients portfolio who needs an asset manager to manage as is.
