• Avenues for Homeless Youth is a nonprofit organization in Minneapolis that provides emergency shelter and short-term housing with supportive services for homeless youth ages 15 to 21.The two programs at Avenues are:(1) Short-term housing in North Minneapolis with case management services and basic needs. Youth stay as long as they need while pursuing their individual goals and plans - education, employment, housing, mental and physical health.
