With this in mind, Winsert has invested in a new materials research center which opened in 2016. Named after Winserts founder, the Stephen A. Dickinson Materials Research Center is located on the Winsert campus in Marinette. The new R&D facility houses state-of-the-art equipment to support and enhance our capabilities in the areas of wear simulation, mechanical property testing, corrosion testing, alloy development, and alloy benchmarking.Winsert takes pride in meeting our customers toughest challenges. This mindset is what continues to drive the Winsert brand to our global status as a top-tier alloy solutions provider. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is utilized to meet the challenges of machining proprietary and other commercial wear resistant alloys.Winsert provides corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, and high temperature alloys for various applications such as internal combustion engines, power generation, emission controls, industrial valves, forestry, and food processing.Winsert's product portfolio includes, but is not limited to: valve seats, spherical bearings, linkage arms, pump seals, grinding knives, cutting knives, valves, shafts, bushings & bearings, and spacers.
