Shepherd Payne Associates

Description

• Shepherd Payne AssociatesFor the past 10 years Barry Payne has worked collaboratively with life science companies to develop innovative and practical solutions in complex and regulated environments. He has worked with companies as varied as Merck, Kimberly-Clark and Affymetrix in diverse environments and cultures, running projects in Europe, Israel, South America and South Africa. His doctorate degree from MIT lends credibility with scientists and business leaders and allows him access to thought leaders at the university. His scientific background also enables him to better understand the technical and scientific aspects of the work and bridge to the business side.Being Small is Being EffectiveToo often, experienced consultants focus primarily on selling work and junior consultants deliver the work. This model is not consistent with the high consulting fees paid by clients. Shepherd Payne is able to partner with specialists from niche consulting firms to get high level expertise where and when it is needed. As such, we provide highly effective solutions without the expense of a large consulting staff or force-fitting consultants to perform the work. Further, we are not constrained by project size or duration We truly design the engagement to fit your needs, not ours.
