FAC provides a complete quarterly accounting of all transactions making sure the TA and SA are compensated as contractually agreed upon.The TAs compensation is generally 3 times the industry standard** with compensation in most cases similar to what the TA is earning net before the transition during the first 5 years for a Cap Rate of 4 and approximately 1/2 that amount for an additional 10 years with a resulting Cap rate of 5 for a total Cap Rate of approximately 9.This compensation is paid living or dying during the first 5 years with an Insured Option*** (IO) available to protect the TA's heirs.FAC also offers a turn-key RIA platforms to it's Active Advisors with services offerings to TAs and other RIAs that are unprecedented in the industry today that includes generous finders fee compensation and lifetime income equity partner options.
