Next Force Technology

Description

• Six months after the acquisition of the previous startup by Facebook, we founded NEXT. We started with a simple premise: build a company to address a big white space opportunity that would directly help millions of people. We wanted to figure out a way for technology to help everyday people earn more, build a career, and improve their work life balance . As outsiders to the space, we spent countless hours on the street, with people everywhere getting to understand the problem from many perspectives. There indeed was a very big market with real pain that needed to be solved - no solutions - and to our delight, we fell more and more in love with the mission. And we found others like us who loved this mission and joined our small team. As were labored, we went from thinking the problem was simple, to understanding the problem is very complex, and now are on the path to simplifying the complexity we discovered. Our talented team built a backend and the first versions of our apps (native on iOS and Android in English and Spanish). A year and many iterations of the software later we know we can make a difference for working people - and to the quality of the work being done. We have real stories of how we're changing lives, helping people earn more and reducing stress levels. And we can measure the impact by the numbers. We're earnest about listening to feedback, whether it be from users or the mountains of data that we generate and collate. We're building a people-centric, personalized platform and marketplace. We're growing and we've a long way to go. Join us on our mission.
