• BOTTEGA \bōˈtāgə: the studio or workshop of a master artist in which apprentices learn by participating in the work miscellanea \misəˈlānēə: miscellaneous items that have been collected together Who we are: BOTTEGA miscellanea provides simplistic, compelling design utilizing hands-on experience and collaboration to arrive at a tailored design solution. We provide services ranging from architecture, building assessment and property development consulting, as well as a collaborative studio. Our principles of good design and our understanding of how impactful it can be are motivators in our continued success. Why we do what we do: BOTTEGA miscellanea has been formed to facilitate the need for collaboration and highlight the importance of great design. Whether it is designing a home, consulting on a potential investment property, or managing a team-build in the studio; collaboration is the key to success. Additionally, we strive for great design and want to establish a place where exploration can take place. In order to achieve a superior understanding of design, it is crucial to have hands-on experience within a studio/workshop setting to uncover the knowledge and understanding it takes to execute successful architecture. How we do it: Our 2,000 SF industrial workshop space facilitates the understanding of detailing in 3-dimensions. This space allows staff, contractors and even clients the ability to work together in one space and better break down the language barrier that separates us all DESIGN. The workshop has appropriately been named the BOTTEGA and promotes the importance of collaboration, which allows us to explore the methodologies that lead to the most refined design solution. Our space supports our belief that hands-on creating is crucial to the process.
