Most recently due to the real estate housing bust, they see NOT a market downturn but rather an investment opportunity rarely seen in our recent real estate history. Friends and families were impressed to learn of their housing investment strategy and the properties that they acquired, but did not want to spend the hours, weeks, and months of research and transaction time to successfully purchase these properties of exceptional values. As a result, James and Wendy started selling to friends and families, and that was the seeding idea behind this companys founding principle.SERVICE HIGHLIGHTS: For most investors, the amount of energy and TIME needed to locate a good bargain in real estate, is insurmountable.
