• Quotient Investors, LLC, an SEC registered investment advisor, was launched in March 2008 and is majority employee-owned. Quotient Investors is the first manager selected for the California Public Employees Retirement System (CalPERS) Manager Development Program II (with assistance from Strategic Investment Group). Quotients experienced investment team comes from DIAM USA, a global institutional management firm, where the team managed $1.8 B in US equity strategies with track records dating back to 1992.The three founding partners are Andre Bertolotti, Chief Investment Officer; William Yost, Director of Portfolio Management & Trading; and Julia Peter-Kerr, Director of Client Service & Sales. Prior to founding Quotient, the team had worked together at DIAM USA, Inc. (formerly DLIBJ Asset Management USA, Inc.). The investment team has over a 12 year history of working together, prior to founding Quotient. The firm is currently fully staffed with 4 employees (the three managing partners mentioned above as well as Frank Lopez, Director of Portfolio Administration).
