Hyperion also has an option to acquire, in the first half of 2013 for a pre-negotiated price, Ucyclyds worldwide rights to BUPHENYL® and, subject to certain conditions, AMMONUL®.Hyperion is led by a seasoned executive team with extensive experience developing and commercializing specialty pharmaceutical products.
