Can users share a login?

They can, but we don’t want to know about it . However, a login can only alert one email address. We provide 25 unique logins per account. Why would you need to share?

Are there any other charges except per user?

If your site does over 25k pageviews per month we charge $60 per 25,000 additional page views per month. Most customers have less then 10K pageviews per month. We provide 25 users (people who can receive the real time alerts) at no additional charge. If you need more users than that, see your account manager. We provide 3 domains or sub-domains at no charge. This allows you to add tracking to your blog or other 3rd party site at no additional charge. Additional domains and subdomains are $10/month.

Can I set up alerts for certain Companies or Prospects we are working?

You sure can. VisualVisitor will email you when they visit your site. VisualVisitor will even tell you what pages of your website (your products or services) your prospect viewed.

Can I export the leads to my CRM system or other database?

Do you identify how the visitor found my site?

Can I get more logins?

Yes you can. We do charge a small fee for each additional user. Contact your account manager for details. With multiple logins, each user can set their own alerts criteria, ‘tag’ leads with their own notes and run their own management reports.
